Molecular Fitness

By accessing or using the Molecular Fitness application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Use the App for lawful, personal purposes only

  • Ensure your physical activity is appropriate for your health condition

You acknowledge that fitness activities carry inherent risk and that you are responsible for your own health and safety.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App

  • Interfere with the App’s operation or security

  • Upload malicious code or abusive content

  • Misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, designs, and trademarks in the App are owned by Molecular Fitness or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Molecular Fitness is provided “as is”

  • We make no guarantees regarding fitness outcomes

  • We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from App use

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in misuse or abuse of the App

  • Fail to comply with applicable laws

You may terminate your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

6. Modifications to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for changes or interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
